GoodBye.

Dear sweetheart.

We got the happy news on 11/10/2009 while mama was in the hospital. Your dad was in a daze but excited with the news.

I saw your heartbeat on 26/10/2009 . I smiled to myself when I saw ur tiny heartbeat on the screen. Mama was actually warded for the 3rd time.

October month was a stress month for me and your Abah. Mama decided to go for surgery on 30/10/2009.

Mama and Abah went to check on you on 9/11/2009 , but Mama sensed something is wrong . And that sense was confirmed went we couldn't find your heartbeat. My heart sank. Mama took blood test to confirm doctor's suspicion.

Came back to hospital 2 days after that. Went in the morning to give some blood sample and came back to the hospital in the afternoon. The blood test confirm that you are no longer growing inside my tummy. Mama didn't know what to feel there and then.

On 12/11/2009 , some spotting was seen.

On 13/11/2009, more blood came out and felt like a period.

On 14/11/2009, 3:00pm, Mama felt pain that was excrutiating and gave Abah the signal that Mama wants to go home. Mama went straight to the bathroom and sat there with the shower head running. 3:30pm, sweetie you came out at 8 weeks . Mama broke down and cried sayang...

Your Abah was there, and was strong for Mama.

We love you, Goodbye Love..

Buka Puasa Buffet.

I am never a fan of buffet sets on Ramadhan months. The buffet price are ridiculous at this time of the month plus, I could never eat a lot. If I do have to go to one its probably because of invitation.

But there is a buffet that I have been to for almost every year with my family which is....

Affordable, yummy and can belasah kambing and chicken tandoori as much as you can eat! :)

Puasa month is the month of moderation, if 'terpaksa' eat at expensive buffet sets than its okaylah. But if can elakkan, lagi terbaek right???

Happy Monday, peeps!!

Congratulations.!

Yup. This beautiful Dr. is my SIL! Attended her convo @ I.M.U last week. Coincidentally it was also my dads birthday (we celebrated it on 1st of Ramadhan, heppy belated daddy!!)

It was fun to be the photographer for the day. Just that I should have brought the Hot Shoe Flash as well. The pictures doesn't give me a nice exposure that I want. Overall the pics turn out good but not great. Need to practice more for 'capture the moment' pictures.

On another happy note, I had the opportunity of my life! I was able to snap 2 Great figures of Malaysia. Tun Dr. Mahathir & Dr. Siti Hasmah. Banggaa!! All my life I had never met these 2 important figures. The 4th and famous PM. O-M-G!

My SIL was given the opportunity by the University to give a speech on behalf of the students. It was a great and heartfelt speech (my tears rolled down), I'm sure your course mates and friends appreciate it adeque. In another 10 years time, they would look back and remember those kinds words you have said.

Anyhow, Congratulations to adeque. I am so proud of you... We all are...

Enjoy your holiday!! (selagi bolehsss)

Photo Mania!

Sabtu lepas, yes last Saturday. Me and hubby terjah Mid.valley on Saturday afternoon. My Our plan is to search for his baju melayu . Yes we are really, the last minute people but we don't want to shop during Puasa Month. Nanti malas tahap gaban dewa ria. But being my hubby yang sebenarnya tak suka pegi shopping all this crap small2 curry puff stuff. I had to give him some alternative or semangat to go shopping. What he usually say 'sambil menyelam kita minum air'.

Yes, Megasale. Kopaks the pocket!

After we went Kam.dar, Jus.co & Metro.J , we stop by here...

Because we want to go here...

Quite interesting really and I didn't want to bring my DSLR sebab i feel like orang kecik only . And there's soooooooooooooo many professional (all professional ke?) photographers. So I went there, act like small fry holding my cute point and shoot and shoot around. Yeah baby! The easiness of not lugging around 1 kilo Dslr around (er hubby said 500g jer, ye ke? why I feel its heavy) and taking quick and snappy pictures.

Brader, whose the papparazzi now? Muahahahah!

Well the, festival is great. Just that I dont have much kaching to buy anything. Just look2 at the pictures displayed , visit the booths and watch people trying to "capture" the moment feeling. I think 98percent of them who is @ the festival have at least A DSLR hanging just above or on their bellies.

Top-Top Brands

I would go to this festival again and maybe by that time, I would have gain enuff skills to go shoot pictures of their models (their models all kerempeng lah, not prewty enuff). But its for the competition! Maybe I could win something!... ...

.

.

Fat Chance lah.

Cupcakes! Cupcakes! Cupcakes!

Last Thursday, I attended Cupcake Fun 101 @ Cake Connection. It was my first time ever to attend such class. I was nervous and excited. Felt like a lil kid going for an art class. :)

Love the class session!, Gain loads of knowledge. One day, I dream of being a SAHM and make cakes for my children. So they would be fatten up and envied by their friends with various cakes been brought to school. Hehehehe.(Saikos :) )

There was even a mother who brought along her 6 year old gurl to the class. I so so so love it! I would do the same if I have a daughter too. Such a great way for mother-daughter bonding.

My Decorated CupcakeS!

Haven't had the time to practiced what I have learnt.! Maybe sometime this puasa weekend....!

Back to School (again).

Last Sunday I attended my orientation day. I was excited, and scared at the same time.

I have a bad history of distance learning for a full time working women. I got so many things to juggle. I need the flexibility, time, pace and I want the course to be taught in English!

English is important to me , especially if I intend to work in MN companies.

I pledge myself I will complete this program. I must and I will. If I cant complete the program, I must be a doofus. No one can help me, except myself.

I will update more on my progress.

Note to myself : I will Complete this.!

Back to Hogwarts

The tickets was bought earlier than the release date of the movies. We watched it at T.GV O.U as G.SC sux this time. They said, they would only open the sales for the movie 2 days before the release date. Fuchekek says my hubbs.

Picture , just googled

I watched it last Friday, and what a way to start my weekend. I think the movie is more as a filler for the next one. (perhaps the book is more interesting) I know some reviewed the movie as so-so. I don't really care. Har.ry Por.ter movies transport me to another land. I forget about the real world and concentrated on this magical world.

Can't believe that I have been watching H.P movies for the past 10 years. I guess the next movie is the last installment of the book. Will be sad when there is no more H.P after that... but till then, I'll try to watch this again on DvD.

Errands.. Errands..

Finally, I took the time to head to Putrajaya. I loathe and dread to drive myself to the Government Offices in Putrajaya. I wouldn't have to go there at the first place, if I hadn't lost my SPM certificate.

Yup.! I lost my certificate. The day, I found out that I lost it I felt blur. What am I suppose to do? I lost it like 3 years ago! As I was about to start my studies soon, the university needed to see the 'ori' cert. So, they've ask me to get it from Putrajaya and so I made my journey there.

They also needed me to get a letter from my previous college to acknowledge that I graduate at that particular branch. This college has like gazillion branches all over the country. I thought to myself, crazy... I left that college like 7 years ago...

So, I went to my old college first. Damn, the place changed alot. I didnt even know where to park my car anymore. I had to park at the opposite road further in and walk to college. Nasib la pakai flats (which is what I usually wear anyway). Felt, uneasy walking past this young students. Mak dah tuo wei. Perut pun berlapis dengan lebihan lemak yang tak hilang lagi lepas bersalin. I didnt know why I'm still scared to talk to those admin staff in that college. Padahal, Im in a working force as well. They asked me to filled up their log book and state the purpose of letter, bla.bla.bla. and the letter will be ready in 3 days time.. Fine. I filled the log book and left straight.

Off I went to Putrajaya using the Bulatan Kg. Pandan / Putrajaya highway.

In Putrajaya another story, they are promoting park & ride thingy. By the time I found where the building was it was jammed!! Bolehs? I had to make another merry-go-round and try the park and ride thing. The place to park and ride is not that far from the government office if we drive, but to walk blardy menyusahkan diri. So, I went to the park & ride area... I heard in my head the sound of "crickets". You know, macam where got people there, how long Im suppose to wait for the bus? There was a lot of buses there, just I dont know their schedule. Don't tell me I have to wait for 20minutes for a bus to move to a building accross the road?? Tak boleh blahss...

I quickly scanned the government building area, and I saw a backdoor and access road to the buildings. This access road is nearby Ala.manda, so i decided to park at Ala.manda's parking area. There is some 'illegal parking area' near the backdoor. But I dont want to take any chances. Buat polis or what ever municipal come by and tow away my car. Buat naya je.

Surprisingly, the process to submit my application was a breeze. They've move the counter to the ground floor and not alot of people there too.(yes, not everyone is careless as me. *sigh*) As long I have the form filled ready and sufficient Postal Order Money. I was clear to submit. Yeay! Now I just have to wait for another 1 month and a half..............

After that, I had some time to killed before I head home. So,I stopped by at my University to pickup the study materials. I was amazed with the place, it felt cozy. I love the pre-materials prepared for us distance learners. I loike it alot.

And so, I went back home happy that I have covered all my errands. Can't wait to start my studies soon.

The morale of the story here, don't loose your SPM cert.

Around Bukit Bintang and Pudu

I was on leave on Wednesday. Took care of the errands I needed to do and was done by 1230pm. What I did? Will blog about it laters.

Called up hubbs and ask whats his lunch plans. He wanted to go to Low.Yatt (again??). Oh well, me being -i-need-to-eat-nice-food-where-shall-we-eat-mode. I suggested to him , "lets have lunch at nasi ayam chee meng!". We reach KL by 2pm, I was damn hungry by than.

Seriously, I havent tasted any Nasi Ayam better than this (perhaps the best are home cook by my mom). I havent been to this shop quite sometime (note : very long time), as I dont have much free time unlike some people I know. *wink* Heaven lah this Chicken Rice. I remembered 1 week before I was suppose to deliver my baby we went to KL straight after doctor's appointment and reach there by 730pm. I told myself I needed to eat Chicken Rice as I don't know when will my next Nasi Ayam Chee Meng will be.

Owh, 1 Roasted Chicken Rice is RM 6.50. + Barley Drinks RM 2.00. Drinks are quite pricey to my standards. Or is it because I ordered Barley Ice? Oh well, after lunch we headed straight to Low Yatt for my hubbys 'cuci mata' time. Hubbs has a online business you could check his sales blog here.

Selepas cuci mata, I got myself a bag of 100g Famous Amos. Its quite pricey now days. Sometimes I feel its not worth it to buy. A bag of Pecan Choc Chip cost about RM 7.00. 18 years ago, it cost about RM3.50 or RM 4.00 for a 100g bag. The cost to make homemade is higher but I will get more cookies! Still must compare, eat cookies everyday= grow more fat, eat 100g once in a blue moon = could maintain weight yang tak turun2. Hehehe. It has its own pros and cons.

Next we when to Pudu area. To be exact we went to Pudu Plaza! Where the heck is Pudu Plaza??? Its such an old school place. Pretty much very quiet and not the usual shopping mall you guys go too. Even I was not confident when my hubby brought me here the first time last month.

But here lies a Camera Specialty Shop. I sendiri segan to enter because my knowledge of Camera hardware or technical *zilch*. I just know how to snap a good picture when I see one. So, when you enter this shop you'll see alot of photography buffs in this shop. Owh, I'm sure they could detect a novice photographer *meek*

I love to see the shops camera collectibles. Its totally old school, I dare not to take pictures of it. Takut kena marah. This shop is so famous. Checkout the men browsing their window display. Men and gadgets. Could never be separated. You could google the shops name too. I think they have online store as well.

It was such a quality time for me to spent with hubby. But, the perks for us is , at the end of the day we head home to see our prince charming!

Thanks hubby. I wuv it alot!!

When the time comes....

Today, is the farewell of 4 colleagues from my workplace. Its quite sad that this has to happen to the company I work with. We are more like brothers and sisters that fight with each other every other day but yet we still have a blast with each others company. No doubt each of them that were leaving has their own unique character.

Farewell...don't forget us... The office will surely be not as colorful as before ... *sigh*

He Died....

I switch on the radio in the car @ 9.ooam today. I was already late for work as my son has been waking up late this past few days. The radio d.j's was talking about him and I thot to myself, "eh, did he died?". To be confirmed by my assistant who heard the news from my hubby this morning. I was thinking again, are they sure? Its not April fool right.?

Gosh, suddenly I have a flashback of my childhood years growing up with his songs. Offcourse I was too young back than to be buying cassettes and what not. But having older siblings , I was able to enjoy his songs.

You see, even though he does not know me personally. I betcha most of you feel connected to him in someway. His songs connected us. I for one, feel that his songs gives us love, happiness and emotions.

Sometimes, I wonder a lot why do we have too many wars in this decade? Don't we ever learn from the past. Why can't we get along? Why do everyone has their own agenda ? Why can't we live in harmony?

He might has his own problems, but he made songs that really matters...

Bye M.J.

Heal The World

There's a place in your heart, and I know that it is love
And this place could be much brighter than tomorrow
And if you really try, you'll find there's no need to cry
In this place you'll feel, there's no hurt or sorrow
There are ways to get thereIf you care enough for the living
Make a little space, make a better place

* Heal the world make it a better place
For you and for me and the entire human race
** There are people dying if you care enough for the living
Make a better place for you and for me

If you want to know why, there's a love that cannot lie
Love is strong, it only cares for joyful giving if we try
We shall see in this bliss, we cannot feel fear or dread
We stop existing and start living
Then it feels that always love's enough for us growing
So make a better world, make a better world

[Repeat * , **]

And the dream we were conceived In will reveal a joyful face
And the world we once believed in will shine again in grace
Then why do we keep strangling life wound this earth crucify
Its soul though it's plain to see this world is heavenly be God's glow
We could fly so high let our spirits never die in my heart
I feel you are all my brothers create a world with no fear
Together we'll cry happy tears see the nations turn Their swords into plowshares
We could really get there if you cared enough for the living
Make a little space, to make a better place

Our 3rd Year of Solemnization...

17.06.06

Its been 3 years. How time flies. I felt like it was just yesterday , I was accompanying a friend to see her than boyfriend at the futsal hall. Mind you, my hubby didn't even want to come near me at first. Agak sombonglah jugak. He thought, I was a gal from some upper snobbish neighborhood he despised. Boy, was he wrong. Tapi, jodoh tak kemana. Right , abang.?

Right after I saw him at the futsal hall in Oct '05, I saw him again at KL.CC and O.U during fasting month. During that time we still have yet to be formally introduced and so I did not bother to say hello to him. Hari Raya '05 , I invited my friends boyfriend (now hubby) and his friends over. Hubby, was one of them offcourse. I think , that day was the day our path has finally crossed to be with each other.

We only new each other for only 2 months. Things got into a warp speed after that. We knew deep inside we just wanted to be together. We are lucky that we got the parents blessings. We got engaged in March '06 for 3 months and the rest was history...........

After 3 years, we are still learning alot from each other. I love him to bits, eventhough at times I don't show it much but deep inside I thank god everyday .

We both are blessed with our first born Reyza Khan which strenghten our bond to each other.

Abang, you are the best ever decision I ever made in my entirely life. Hope you take care of me ,Reyza and our future kids to come till end of time...............

I am never lucky and there's like 100++ submissions, but I'll try my best to impress. Anyway here goes...

Why 'I Can't Get Enough of Transformers'.. because it will NEVER be ENOUGH. If it is, why do I still want to watch this movie with my husband? School kids have been enjoying their holidays for the past 1 week. And for the past 1week, I have been seing kites flying high everyday after I come back from work. The sky looks gorgeous every evening.

I was very itchy to snap some pictures , so last Saturday, we went to a park nearby to join in the current craze of Kota Damansara. World Environment Day

June 5th, World Environment Day.

If these 2 Shopping Centres are doing their best to help the environment. What about you?

Say 'No' to Plastic! - Ik.ea Go Green Campaign

I love this campaign. Eventhough I don't purchase items often at IK.EA but this campaign is a good way to help reduce the use of plastic bags. From what I have observed, Kla.ngValley folks are very much into IK.EA. stuffs. If you love buying lil items there, be sure to bring your reusable bags!! Get into the movement. Say 'No' to Plastic!

Get Into Recycling Mode - Ik.ano Recycling Centre

I got this guideline from their Info Centre. Isn't it great for regular shoppers of Ik.ano, not only you can spend the time to shop till you drop. You could also sell your recyclable items there too! Shop & Sell @ the same time!

I hope everyone, would take time to enjoy the environment. Think the type of environment you would like your children to live in.

Happy 'World Environment Day' Everyone.
